MUDr. Alexandra KAŠŤÁKOVÁ, Ph.D.

Specialization: endodontics, esthetics and restorative dentistry
Alexandra Kastakova was born, grew up and studied in Brno. During her studies she commenced on devoting her time to endodontics. She spent most of her summer holidays at expert stays in France (Strassbourgn, 1997), Sweden (Goteborg, 1996) and Portugal (Coimbra, 1994). During 1994-1996, Dr. Alexandra acted as national coordinator of EMSA (European Medical Students' Association) for the Czech Republic.
In 1997, Dr. Alexandra graduated from the Medical Faculty of Masaryk University and entered three year postgradual studies at First Deparment of Stomatology in Brno. She gained the greatest experience of this period from her one year stay at ACTA clinic in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, 1999-2000). She participated in solving three research projects and undertook postgradual preparation in the field of endodontics here. In her free time, she worked at a private dental clinic in Amsterdam, specialized in root canal treatment.
Since October 2000, Alexandra works in Prague. Next to the private clinical practice, she remained devoted to her academic path through lectures and publication activities. She is member of key lecturers team of Czech Dental Chamber for post gradual education of dentists. In 2001-2005, she held over 140 lectures and work shops, published several dozens of expert articles here and abroad and undergone expert stay in USA (Salt Lake City 2003, New York 2004, San Diego 2005). She is the cognoscente of Czech Dental Chamber in the field "Restorative Dentistry".
MUDr. Jana Prchalová

Specialization: restorative dentistry
Jana Prchalova was born and grew up in Kroměříž. In 2008 she graduated from the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague, as a dentist.
In 2007 Dr. Jana took part in an ERASMUS scholarship at the University of Rostock, Germany. During her university studies she improved her language skills on several foreign stays in Great Britain and in the US.
MUDr. et MUDr. Miloslav Leden
Dentist
Specialization: restorative dentistry and prosthetics
Miloslav Leden was born in Náchod in 1979. After graduating from grammar school he started his university studies at the Medical Faculty of Masaryk University (Brno), which he graduated as a dentist and as well as doctor of general medicine.
In 2007 Dr. Miloslav left Brno to work in Prague, where he acted as a dentist in a private dental practice oriented on foreign clientele.
DiS. Markéta Pavlovičová
Hygienist
Marketa Pavlovicova was born in 1979 in Ústí nad Labem. Having graduated secondary school specialized in social affairs, DiS Marketa entered 3 year studies for certified midwivesat Jan Evangeliste Purkyne College in Most in 1998. She graduated from this College in 2001. Afterwards she entered three year studies at a College for certified dental hygienists in Ustí nad Labem, which she graduated successfully in 2004.
Right after her studies, Dis. Marketa started to work in the field of preventive stomatology as certified dental hygienist in private exclusive practices oriented primarily on foreign clientele. These activities resulted in the gain of valuable experience in the field, which correspond with the most up to date trends in the USA and Western Europe. During these years, she took part in many expert lectures and seminars.
DiS. Jana Machová
Hygienist
Jana Machova was born in Uherske Hradiste in 1977. She graduated from Secondary Medical School in Kromeriz. Afterwards she spent some time abroad (Great Britain, Spain, Germany) to improve her language skills.
Jana started to work in the field of stomatology as a dental assistant in private practisies in 2001. From 2007, after graduating from a Private College for Dental Hygienists in Prague, she worked as a dental hygienist in American Dental Associates and International Clinic of Prague. She gained valuable experience in the field of dentistry corresponding to the most modern trends in USA and Western Europe in these private centers oriented mainly on foreign clientele.
During these years, she took part in Dental Hygiene course by Dr. Sedelmayer and Painless Stomatology, Laser in Practice course by Dr. Kunkela.
Doc. MUDr. Martin Starosta, Ph.D.

Specialization: parodontology, implantology
Martin Starosta was born, grew up and studied in Olomouc, where he graduated from the Medical Faculty of Palacky University. After graduation he initiated his career of expert assistant with specialization in the field of parodontology. Dr. Martin works at the First Deparment of Stomatology of Palacky University, where next to his clinical practice he heads education of 4 - 6 year students of dentistry. He does lecturing and workshops in both Czech and English language.
Dr. Martin's pedagogic and academic activities encompass dozens of articles and hundreds of lectures undertaken in the past decade. He took active part in many symposiums here and abroad; he was the key organizer of European Congress of Parodonology (Olomouc,1999). Dr. Martin is an active member of Czech Parodontological Society. His existing career culminated in the publication of lecture notes "Parodontology Repetition" and above all 130 page monography "Plastic Surgery of Parodont".
Czech Dental Chamber named Martin lecturer for selected care in parodontology. In the rest of his free time, Dr. Martin works as parodontologist - specialist and consultant in private dental practices in Breclav, Hradec Kralove and at our pla ce.
MUDr. et MUDr. Vladimír Machoň

Specialization: Stomatosurgery
Vladimir Machon was born and grew up in Plzen. He graduated from Medical Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno, where he commenced doctor in both the field of dentistry and general medicine. He entered his postgradual studies there in 2003 and gained certificate of expertise in the field of stomatosurgery from Czech Dental Chamber in 2005.
Dr. Vladimir's clinical practice commenced in 1998 at the First Stomatological Clinic of Masaryk University in Brno and continued by six-year work at Clinic of Oral, Maxillary and Facial Surgery in the Faculty Hospital in Brno. Currently Dr. Vladimir works in Prague, at the Department of Pediatric Stomatology of Motol University Hospital. He regularly enriches his experience within foreign stays (last in USA, 2006) and participation in international courses and congresses (Germany, Austria, France, Greece).
Dr. Vladimir has been member of Czech Society of Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as member of European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial Suregery representing the Czech Republic since 2004. His academic career is rich in publication activities, his portfolio numbers over 30 Czech and foreign publications and he is member of editorial board of Stomateam magazine. Vladimir also leads education courses in the field of stomatosurgery for Czech Dental Chamber.
MUDr. Sylvie Saifrtová

Dr. Denisa was born in Marianské Lazne. After having graduated from grammar school, she took her degree at Medical faculty of Charles University in Pilsen. In 2000, she commenced doctor of medicine in the field of dentistry. Dr. Denisa attained the first degree attestation in dentistry in 2002 and she passed the specialization attestation in orthodontics in 2005.
Dr. Pantoflickova-Effenberkova started her clinical preparation for the first attestation at Dentistry Clinic of the First Medical Faculty of Charles University and General Faculty Hospital in Prague and rounded it off at the Dentistry Clinic of Faculty Hospital Kralovské Vinohrady. Since 2003, she has been working at the Orthodontics Department of the Department of Fissure Defects of Faculty Hospital Kralovské Vinohrady, where she devoted her time to - amongst other - the studies of fissure defects. Dr. Denisa cooperated with a number of private clinics in Prague. She took a successful part in several foreign stays (e.g. Regensburg, Germany 2001, Fort Myers, USA 2005).
Dr. Pantoflickova-Effenberkova is a member of Czech Orthodontic Society. She takes an active part in many educational events. Her research results regularly place in top places of evaluations (e.g. Czech Orthodontic Society Congress, Znojmo 2004, Czech Orthodontic Society Congress, Olomouc 2005).
MUDr. Vladivoj Tuzar

Specialization: anesthesiology
Dr. Tuzar was born in Pilsen in 1959. This is also there that he graduated from the grammar school and the Medical Faculty of Charles University. He started to work as a freelance physician - anesthesiologist at the Anesthesiology-Resuscitation Department of The Faculty Hospital in Pilsen. He also received his attestation of grade I and II in the field of anesthesiology-resuscitation there.
Dr. Tuzar has been fully devoted to applying anesthesia as a freelance anesthesiologist specializing in dental ambulatory anesthesia and sedation in private practices and health institutions since 1994.
Since 2002, Dr. Tuzar has been organizing expert educational events for physicians and dental assistants on urgent resuscitation. He is a tutor on cardiopulmonal resuscitation and early defibrillation within The Czech Resuscitation Council activities.
Several of Vladivoj’s articles on sedation, cardiopulmonal resuscitation and early defibrillation have been published in expert magazines for physicians.
In 2005, Vladivoj became member of the Czech Resuscitation Council and took part in international ALS course of The European Resuscitation Council. In the course of his work experience, he also undertook international scholarship in Stuttgart, Germany.
